E-Notify Activity Notice:
Noble Energy has received approval from the COGCC to plug and remove two wells ( Schneider 4-35, Schneider 12-35 ) near Hwy 257 and CR 52 in Milliken. Activity is expected to begin in this area this week.
This is NOT a drilling or hydraulic fracturing (“fracking” operation). Noble crews will permanently seal the wellbore with cement, followed by removal of the tank battery, wellhead and any other facilities located on the site. A workover rig will be on location for approximately 3-5 days per well.
Noble will no longer produce oil and natural gas at this location. In consideration of limiting public impact as much as possible, Noble has scheduled these plug-and-remove operations to take place only during weekday daytime hours.
